FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much will it cost and how much therapy will I need?

The prices of interventions are outlined on the wellbeing and anxiety pages. It is always hard to give a definite amount of sessions required at a first enquiry as no two cases are the same and the amount of sessions needed will be suited to the individual.

In all cases, the first initial contact is free, so it will enable Emotional-Ed - to give more of an indication as to what intervention would be more suitable and the cost would be outlined then.

I am not sure what type of help I need? Do I need to decide?

Not at all. After explaining what the situation is, Emotional-Ed will be able to determine what will be the most suitable course of action is for you. In some cases if Emotional-Ed is not be suitable other more suitable agencies will be suggested.

If you are already engaged in therapy then Emotional-Ed would not offer you CBT or hypnotherapy. Normally, there is no need for more than one therapist to be involved as it can confuse the others’ therapeutic process.
